2.2-4700. Authorization to Treasury Board to provide certain assistance.
A. This chapter shall be known, and may be cited, as the "GovernmentNon-Arbitrage Investment Act."
B. The General Assembly authorizes the Treasury Board to make available tothe Commonwealth, to counties, cities and towns in the Commonwealth, and totheir agencies, institutions, and authorities or any combination of theforegoing assistance as provided in this chapter in making and accounting forsuch investments.
