2006 Code of Virginia § 2.2-4003 - Venue

Unless the parties otherwise agree, in all proceedings under 2.2-4019,2.2-4020 or 2.2-4026 the venue for agency or court proceedings shall be asspecified in subdivision 1 of 8.01-261.
