2.2-3707.1. Posting of minutes for state boards and commissions.
All boards, commissions, councils, and other public bodies created in theexecutive branch of state government and subject to the provisions of thischapter shall post minutes of their meetings on such body's website, if any,and on the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall. Draft minutes of meetings shall beposted as soon as possible but no later than ten working days after theconclusion of the meeting. Final approved meeting minutes shall be postedwithin three working days of final approval of the minutes.
