2.2-2030. Nonstock corporation to assist in the development of GIS data.
VITA is hereby authorized to establish a nonstock corporation under Chapter10 ( 13.1-801 et seq.) of Title 13.1 as an instrumentality to assist VITAand the Division in the development and acquisition of geographic data andstatewide base map data. On or before December 1 of each year, VITA shallreport on the activities of the nonstock corporation to the Governor and theGeneral Assembly.
