2.2-2029. Additional powers and duties of the CIO.
The CIO shall have the power and duty, on the recommendation of theCoordinator, to (i) receive and disburse funds; (ii) enter into contracts forthe purpose of carrying out the provisions of this article; and (iii) rentoffice space and procure equipment, goods, and services that are necessary tocarry out the provisions of this article.
