2.2-2024. Annual plan; allowable uses of Fund.

The CIO, with advice from the Council on Technology Services, shall prepare aplan that identifies the projects in which the Fund will participate. Theplan shall be consistent with the statewide plan for information technologyand shall consider the use of existing resources and long-term operation andmaintenance costs. Projects having the greatest benefit to state governmentas a whole shall have the highest priority in the plan.
