2.2-2020. Procurement approval for major information technology projects.
Upon approval of the Board of the project development proposal involving amajor information technology project that requires the procurement of goodsor services, the agency shall submit a copy of any Invitation for Bid (IFB)or Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Division. The project managementspecialist shall review the IFB or RFP and recommend its approval orrejection to the CIO. The CIO shall have the final authority to approve theIFB or RFP prior to its release and shall approve the proposed contract forthe award of the project.
