2.2-1146. Division may lease certain state property; preparation of leasesby Attorney General; disposition of rentals.
The Division, with the prior written approval of the Governor, may leaseproperty owned by the Commonwealth and acquired for the development of thestate site plan for permanent state office buildings and related structuresand facilities lying near the Capitol Square. All such leases shall beprepared by the Attorney General. The leases may run for such time asprescribed by the Governor and shall be for appropriate rental. All rentalsreceived shall be paid into the general fund of the state treasury.
