§ 113. Organizational matters
Universal Citation: V.I. Code tit. 32, § 113 (2019)
(a) Members of the Board of Directors first appointed under this chapter, shall:
(1) adopt a constitution and bylaws for the Foundation;
(2) serve as incorporators of the Foundation; and
(3) take whatever other action the Board deems appropriate in order to establish the Foundation as a nonprofit corporation.
