§ 3673. Penalty for noncompliance

In the event that an insurance company, its agents, adjusters, or brokers fail to comply with the provisions of section 3671 of this title, the Commissioner may suspend the right of the company to do business in this State until it does so comply and shall suspend the license of any agent, adjuster, or broker until such time as they comply with the provisions of section 3671. (Added 1981, No. 73, eff. May 4, 1981.)
