§ 3672 Immunity

§ 3672. Immunity

An insurance company, its agents, adjusters, or brokers shall be immune from civil liability as a result of the furnishing in good faith of information to any law enforcement officer, State's Attorney or the Attorney General in accordance with the provisions of section 3671 of this title. (Added 1981, No. 73, eff. May 4, 1981.)
