§ 1606. Possession and use of explosives

A person who possesses, purchases, stores, uses or transports an explosive without a license as provided in division 2 of subchapter 2 of chapter 177 of Title 20 shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years or fined not more than $1,000.00 or both. (Added 1971, No. 107, § 4, eff. 30 days from April 22, 1971.)
