§ 1606. Possession and use of explosives

A person who possesses, purchases, stores, uses, or transports an explosive without a license as provided in 20 V.S.A. chapter 177, subchapter 2, division 2 shall be imprisoned for not more than five years or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both. (Added 1971, No. 107, § 4, eff. 30 days from April 22, 1971.)
