2006 Utah Code - 31A-11-109 — Alteration or revocation of certificate of authority.

     31A-11-109.   Alteration or revocation of certificate of authority.
     If the commissioner issues a summary order under Section 31A-27-201 against a motor club, he may revoke its certificate of authority or issue a new one with the limits he considers necessary.
