§ 29-35-112. Contents of Bill — Conduct of Suit
Universal Citation: TN Code § 29-35-112 (2020)
- The bill shall set forth briefly, and without technical forms, the grounds upon which the suit is instituted.
- The suit shall be conducted as other suits in equity.
