§ 66-12-114. Duration of laborer's lien.

The lien provided for in ยง 66-12-113 shall exist three (3) months from November 15 of the year in which the labor is performed; provided, that an account of such labor rendered be sworn to before some court of general sessions, or clerk of the court issuing the writ of attachment.
