56-11-115. Appeal of commissioner's action.

Any person aggrieved by an act, determination, rule, regulation, order, or any other action of the commissioner pursuant to this chapter may appeal as set forth in the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
