55-9-411. Stations established by department for adjusting lights or brakes.

The department of safety may designate, furnish instructions to and supervise official stations, for adjusting the headlights, auxiliary driving or fog lights, or brakes upon vehicles, to conform with this chapter. The department may prescribe qualifications for official stations as a condition of such designation and further may suspend or revoke any such designation upon determining that the business of the station is improperly conducted.
