2006 South Dakota Code - 62-1-6 — Conservation officers--Acting as peace officers.

     62-1-6.   Conservation officers--Acting as peace officers. For the purpose of workers' compensation coverage, conservation officers while performing any act ordinarily considered a peace officer's duty shall be deemed to be acting in the course of their employment.
