CHAPTER 9 - OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC JUSTICE
SECTION 16-9-310. "Law enforcement officer" defined.


SC Code § 16-9-310 (2013) What's This?

For purposes of this article "law enforcement officer" shall mean any duly appointed or commissioned law enforcement officer of the State, a county or municipality.
