Section 7-11-301 Registration requirement.

§ 7-11-301. Registration requirement.
A person may not offer to sell or sell a security in this state unless the security:
(1) Is registered under this chapter;
(2) The security or transaction is exempt under this chapter; or
(3) It is a federal covered security.
