§ 46-18-8 - Effect of election – Judgment.

SECTION 46-18-8

   § 46-18-8  Effect of election – Judgment. – The election of the plaintiff shall be entered on the records of the court in the case, and shall be forever binding on the plaintiff and defendant and all claiming under them; and the judgment of the court shall follow the election of the plaintiff.
