§ 46-14-2.2 - Contamination of local water supply – Notice to city or town.

SECTION 46-14-2.2

   § 46-14-2.2  Contamination of local water supply – Notice to city or town. – If the state department of health discovers that a water supply to a municipality has become contaminated, which contamination may pose a potential danger to the public, the director of health shall, within forty-eight (48) hours of the discovery of the contamination, notify the city or town council of every city and town whose water supply is affected by the contamination.
