§ 46-13.2-10 - Violations.

SECTION 46-13.2-10

   § 46-13.2-10  Violations. – Any person who engages in well drilling or offers to engage in well drilling, or advertises or holds himself or herself out or acts temporarily or otherwise as a well driller, without first having obtained the required certificate of registration, and any person who violates any provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to, the accurate reporting of wells drilled, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not more than one year, and each day that violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
