§ 45-16-6 - Aid and assistance in execution of office.

SECTION 45-16-6

   § 45-16-6  Aid and assistance in execution of office. – Every town sergeant and constable, in the due execution of his or her office, may command all necessary aid and assistance in the execution of his or her office; and every person who, when so required, refuses or neglects to give aid and assistance, shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00).
