§ 28-53-4 - Payor of last resort.
SECTION 28-53-4
§ 28-53-4 Payor of last resort. – The fund shall not distribute funds of any kind to any insured, insurer, or self-insured employer and shall not be deemed an insurer for any purpose noted in this act.
