§ 345 - Contributions to National Conference of Commissioners

It is hereby provided that a sum be appropriated every year from the expected revenues of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to cover the dues established by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Legislation of the United States of America. Said sum shall be consigned in the Annual Expense Budget of the Government of Puerto Rico and in the item for the expenses of the Department of Justice, as the dues corresponding to Puerto Rico so that the Commonwealth may be represented by delegates to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Legislation of the United States of America designated to that effect. The Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to make said funds available at the request of the Secretary of Justice, as may be proper.
