No member of said Board shall receive any compensation for his services. However, the actual and necessary expenses of said Commissioners in representing the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico at the annual conferences in the United States of Commissioners on uniform state laws shall be reimbursed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
