Artículo 50. Cláusula de salvedad
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § 50 (2020)
Si cualquier artículo, apartado, párrafo, inciso, capítulo, cláusula, frase o parte de este Plan fuese declarada inválida o inconstitucional por un tribunal de jurisdicción competente, la sentencia dictada a ese efecto no afectará, perjudicará o invalidará el resto de este Plan, quedando sus efectos limitados al artículo, apartado, párrafo, inciso, capítulo, cláusula, frase o parte de este Plan que fuere así declarada inválida o inconstitucional.
