Artículo 28. Penalidades
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § 28 (2020)
(a) Toda persona que violente cualquier disposición legal o reglamentaria establecida conforme a este Plan o que voluntaria o maliciosamente desobedezca, impida o entorpezca el ejercicio de las funciones del Departamento o sus componentes, incurrirá en delito menos grave y estará sujeta a lo dispuesto en el Código Penal de Puerto Rico, secs. 5001 et seq. del Título 33.
(b) Cuando la acción a que se refiere el párrafo anterior sea ocasionada mediante intimidación, fuerza o violencia, la misma constituirá delito grave de cuarto grado y estará sujeta a lo dispuesto en el Código Penal de Puerto Rico, secs. 5001 et seq. del Título 33.
