Artículo 25. Transferencia de poderes

- Se le transfiere a la Policía de Puerto Rico las facultades poderes y deberes concedidos al Departamento bajo las secs. 2101 et seq. del Título 5, conocidas como la “Ley para reglamentar la operación de negocios dedicados a la venta, alquiler y ciertos entrenamientos de perros de seguridad y perros guías”.
- A partir de la aprobación de esta Ley, el Superintendente de la Policía de Puerto Rico asumirá las facultades, deberes, potestades, responsabilidades y obligaciones que las secs. 2101 et seq. del Título 5, le confería al Secretario de Agricultura.
