XIV. Administración de Seguros de Salud de Puerto Rico
Artículo 3. Definiciones

- A los efectos de este Plan, los siguientes términos tendrán el significado que a continuación se dispone:
(a) Administración.— Administración de Seguros de Salud de Puerto Rico, creada en virtud de las secs. 7001 et seq. del Título 24.
(b) Plan.— Plan de Reorganización de Seguros de Salud para Empleados Públicos.
