Artículo V. Organización y componentes del Departamento
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § V (2020)
- El Departamento de la Familia estará constituido por los siguientes componentes programáticos y operativos:
(a) Secretariado.
(b) Administración de Familias y Niños.
(c) Administración de Desarrollo Socioeconómico de la Familia.
(d) Administración de Sustento de Menores, creada mediante las secs. 501 et seq. del Título 8.
(e) Administración para el Cuidado y Desarrollo Integral de la Niñez.
