Artículo II. Redenominación del Departamento de Servicios Sociales
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § II (2020)
- Se redenomina el Departamento de Servicios Sociales y el cargo de Secretario de Servicios Sociales, como Departamento de la Familia, en adelante el Departamento; y Secretario de la Familia, en adelante el Secretario.
- El Secretario será nombrado por el Gobernador con el consejo y consentimiento del Senado y devengará el salario asignado a los Secretarios del Gabinete.
