Artículo XIII. Creación del Comité de Desarrollo Económico

Se crea el Comité de Desarrollo Económico el cual estará compuesto por el Secretario, quien lo presidirá, y los directores o jefes de los componentes del Departamento. El Comité tendrá como funciones asesorar al Secretario en la implantación de la política pública y la planificación estratégica del desarrollo económico y comercial, así como coordinar las operaciones y el desarrollo de proyectos especiales.
