Artículo VIII. Administración de Fomento Económico
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § VIII (2020)
- Se adscribe la Administración de Fomento Económico al Departamento, la cual operará bajo la Ley Núm. 423 de 14 de mayo de 1950. El Administrador le responderá directamente al Secretario y le rendirá los informes que se le requieran. El Gobernador nombrará al Administrador, con el consejo y consentimiento del Senado y le fijará su sueldo.
- La Compañía de Fomento Industrial, adscrita a la Administración de Fomento Económico, operará bajo las secs. 271 a 303 del Título 23.
