Las siguientes agencias y corporaciones estarán sujetas a las disposiciones de este capítulo: Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica, Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados, Autoridad Metropolitana de Autobuses y el Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas.
