§ 7003. Reclutamiento

El municipio de San Juan no podrá sustituir por ningún método de reclutamiento más del diez por ciento (10%) de los empleados que se acojan a este capítulo, por un término fijo de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la fecha de efectividad del retiro.
