§ 1451l. Negociación de convenios colectivos—Comités de negociaciones

Las partes podrán designar comités de negociaciones para que les representen durante el referido proceso. Las agencias podrán estar representadas o asesoradas por integrantes de la Oficina Central y de la Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto. Las organizaciones sindicales podrán estar representadas por aquellas personas que sus organismos directivos designen.
