§ 8874. Informes

El Inspector General dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes al cierre de cada año fiscal rendirá informes anuales al Gobernador, al Contralor de Puerto Rico, al Director(a) Ejecutivo(a) de la Oficina de Ética Gubernamental y a la Asamblea Legislativa, contentivo de sus gestiones, estudios e investigaciones. Además, rendirá aquellos otros informes especiales que crea convenientes. Asimismo, vendrá obligado a someter inmediatamente al Departamento de Justicia, a la Oficina del Contralor de Puerto Rico y a la Oficina de Ética Gubernamental, cualquier informe de la OIG en el cual razonablemente el Inspector General entienda se ha cometido alguna infracción a las leyes sobre la utilización de la propiedad y fondos públicos.
