§ 8796. Plan de cesantías

Este plan de cesantías entrará en vigor una vez la OGP emita su certificación conforme lo dispuesto en el inciso (4) de la sec. 8794 de este título concluyendo que el objetivo establecido como política pública en el Artículo 2 de esta Ley no ha sido alcanzado.
