9351 - Severability of chapter.
SUBCHAPTER D MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Sec. 9351. Severability of chapter. 9352. Expiration of chapter. § 9351. Severability of chapter. The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
