9317 - Disclosure of information.
§ 9317. Disclosure of information. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no officer or employee of the office of special investigative counsel or the office of independent counsel may, without leave of the panel, disclose to any individual outside the office of special investigative counsel or office of independent counsel any notification, application or any other document, material or memorandum supplied to the panel under this chapter. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing the withholding of information from the General Assembly.
