7322 - Demanding property to secure employment.

     § 7322.  Demanding property to secure employment.
        A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if
     he, being an officer or employee of any employer of labor,
     solicits, demands or receives, directly or indirectly, from any
     person any money or other valuable thing, for the purpose,
     actual or alleged, of either obtaining for such person
     employment in the service of said employer or of the continuing
     of such person in employment.
