7315 - Unauthorized disposition of donated food commodities.

     § 7315.  Unauthorized disposition of donated food commodities.
        A person is guilty of a summary offense if he, whether acting
     for himself or for another, directly or indirectly willfully
     makes any unauthorized disposition of any food commodity donated
     under any program of the Federal Government or if he, not being
     an authorized recipient thereof, willfully converts to his own
     use or benefit any such food commodity.
