Section 225.160 - Alternate condemnation proceeding.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 225.160 (2019)
In lieu of proceeding under ORS 225.140, a city may elect to proceed with condemnation in the manner provided by law for condemnation of land for highway or other purposes by this state.
