Section 475B.060 - Duties of Oregon Liquor Control Commission with respect to issuing licenses.

(1) The Oregon Liquor Control Commission shall approve or deny an application to be licensed under ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545. Upon receiving an application under ORS 475B.040, the commission may not unreasonably delay processing, approving or denying the application or, if the application is approved, issuing the license.

(2) The licenses described in ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545 must be issued by the commission, subject to the provisions of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545 and rules adopted under ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545.

(3) The commission may not license a premises that does not have defined boundaries. A premises does not need to be enclosed by a wall, fence or other structure, but the commission may require a premises to be enclosed as a condition of issuing or renewing a license.
