(1) Sections 1 to 4 of this 2011 Act are repealed on July 1, 2014.

(2) Unobligated moneys in the Restitution Collection Pilot Program Fund on July 1, 2014, revert to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Account.

(3) The repeal of sections 1 to 4 of this 2011 Act by this section does not affect the validity of judgments for restitution that remain unfulfilled on July 1, 2014. [2011 c.670 5]
