137.220 Clerk to prepare trial court file.

In every criminal proceeding, the clerk shall attach together and file in the office of the clerk, in the order of their filing, all the original papers filed in the court, whether before or after judgment, including but not limited to the indictment and other pleadings, demurrers, motions, affidavits, stipulations, orders, the judgment and the notice of appeal and undertaking on appeal, if any. [1959 c.558 33 (enacted in lieu of 137.190)]
