137.017 Disposition of fines, costs and security deposits received by court.

Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, all fines, costs, security deposits and other amounts ordered or required to be paid in criminal actions are monetary obligations payable to the state and shall be deposited in the Criminal Fine Account.
